How We Work
We’re a high-trust, low-hierarchy organisation where people can do their best work from anywhere:
Fully remote and highly flexible, with shared expectations around responsiveness and collaboration.
Weekly Core Team meetings: team members are expected to be available to join.
Globally distributed team, working across time zones and countries including the US, Canada, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia.
We can hire in most countries worldwide through an Employer of Record (EoR) setup.
We work in a matrix, cross-collaborative way across programmes and functions.
We collaborate closely with a wider global network of volunteers and contractors who help deliver Neuromatch’s mission at scale.

Team Culture & Community

Weekly Core Team meetings to stay aligned, support one another, and move work forward together.
Quarterly, virtual team social sessions to build relationships and celebrate achievements.
Annual week-long team retreat to connect in person, strengthen collaboration, and plan for the year ahead (last year we met in Ericeira, Portugal –– including surf lessons, wine tasting, and mountain biking).
