Bradley Roberts, DPhil
Chief Executive Officer

Bradley leads Neuromatch’s multi-year strategic planning, oversees partnerships and fundraising, and the organisation’s financial stewardship.

Before Neuromatch, he held strategy and funding roles at the UK Dementia Research Institute and Wellcome, where he managed large-scale research funding portfolios and led initiatives to improve global equity in access to research funding and training. Outside of work, Bradley enjoys long walks with his husband and two large dogs, Baloo and Ash.
Courtney Dean, MEd
Program Director

Courtney oversees the planning and execution of our Academies, volunteer engagement, and some organizational operations.

She has a background in adult education and nonprofit management, spending most of her career as a volunteer manager. Courtney loves her two cats, who make frequent Zoom appearances, and enjoys the great outdoors that Utah has to offer.
Joana Guedes, PhD
Science Program Manager

Joana leads global AI field-building initiatives at Neuromatch, including MEXA and the AI Sentience Scholars Program, while also supporting funding development.

Konstantine Tsafatinos
Lead Full-Stack Engineer

Konstantine leads the technical direction of the organization, builds and maintains our software platforms, and ensures all of our digital infrastructure runs smoothly.

He is an avid user and contributor of free and open source software tools, utilizing them to support our projects. He has a background in Software Engineering, Computational Neuroscience, and Civil Engineering. Konstantine enjoys playing soccer, learning languages, and making music.
Laura Poli, MSc
Program Administrator

Laura supports financial and administrative operations across Neuromatch’s programs and grants, while also assisting with HR, payroll, and marketing functions.

Viviana Greco, PhD
Special Projects Manager
Viviana leads the Impact Scholars Program and oversees data analysis across the Neuromatch Academies. She holds a PhD in neuroscience. Outside of work, she loves traveling and scuba diving.
Neuromatch Volunteers
Neuromatch’s impact is made possible by a global community of volunteers. To date, more than 1,500 volunteers have contributed to Neuromatch's programs, expanding access to high-quality computational science training and research.
